Hello, well its been long aye. Been planing somethings, dreaming up others, and continuing getting my Year 12. Been all good, all good. Hope this well be a good year  

So I finally got points to commission people. But I didn't know what to ask for, I hadn't drew any of the OCs in my head and I didn't want to write out a description of them either cause it didn't feel right. So I quickly drew..

She still doesn't have a name yet but I do know she is a Elf. A muse to me you could say, because she has the power of light which she uses to create and protect good energy. She makes me happy just thinking about it.

So once I had her I commission the talented and I am so happy with the result!

So beside the 'supposed' Dooms Day and a unprepared Christmis nearing I feel GOOD.

I plan to commission more people once I get more points.

I've meaning to do an entry for this topic for a bit now.

On October 13th 2012, I celebrated my 18th Birthday!! I am now an adult (in the governments eyes, but with your own eyes that could be argued). Now with being classified as an adult I do get some pecks.

I get to sign shit and enter contests without my Mothers consent! Lol I can legally drink, though I don't think I will be a big drinker and try to get smashed every weekend like some people my age do. My Mother got me a whole case of cruisers with the money one of my uncles gave me and all I drank from that was half a bottle. Half a bottle! It cost $70 and all I drank from it was half a bottle! The rest my cousins and friends drank.

Yeah and I didn't like the taste that much. And all though I can legally drink now because I'm 18, every time my Pop walked into the room I would hide the bottle. He's not against drinking, he had some beers himself. It's just that that's my Pop, my Grand Father, and out of respect I don't want to drink in from of him and I wouldn't feel comfortable. But for some reason I think I would be comfortable drinking in front of my Nan's.

It was a simple party; no crazy space was rented out, no flashing lights or crazy performers like those on tv. It was a backyard BBQ with family and friends. And that's all I wanted.

See when I think of home and where I belong, I always think of my Pop's House with all my loved ones; having a gem feed and listening to music. In the beginning it's usually country music till one of my Aunties plug in their ipod. Then it's some awesome songs we haven't heard in ages or a cool new remix of today's singles. Then sometime during the night it may change back to country music.

But on the night of MY birthday we were all dancing to "OPPA GANGNAM STYLE!" So much lols!

It was really nice to be reminded of home and that's where I will always belong. No matter how far I will travel.

I had such a nice birthday and got such cool presents. I was treated like a princess because I got my hair and make-up done too. And arrived fashionably late also. Lmao!

*Big sigh* Awww… It's a new year for me, I hope it's gonna be a good one

Again nobody will probably read this, but I am attempting my first go at making and pulling together my first COSPLAY!

This character is awesome, she the mother of Naruto, wife and soul-mate of the Fourth Hokage and was once a jinchūriki!

From the design of her outfit it doesn't look that complicated. I mean I can pick a much more detailed and complex design structure right? Lol but no, I think I've made a very safe choice with Kushina.

It seems her design only consist of two dresses. The under dress; I'm not sure how I will go about it. The length of it is one thing that's making me think. It shouldn't be seen peeking out the bottom going by the pictures I've searched online so I'm just pondering on the length it should be. "Should it be a shirt?" And the reply question that comes to that is, "will it slowly ride up as I wear it under the top dress?" That would be hella annoying. So maybe just an above the knee length then?

Another thing for the under dress I'm thinking about is concerning the length of the zipper. It's not a major aspect as when I go to the shop to buy one I will just pick what I think is the best from there.  But if anyone knows a good length I should look for please recommend!

Oh yeah and another thing about the under dress is its short sleeves. Are sleeves hard? Lol this will be my first time ever working with them. I've only ever made a pillow and a cape successfully before. So yeah, tips?

The top dress seems simple enough. Just wondering about the shape of the front and back cut and the shoulder straps. I will try to make it as close to the original as possible but OMG my reference pictures do not depict the same!! A common complaint for cosplayers I assume… -_-

So basically that's it. I'm just posting this to keep track and have a record of what I'm doing and where I'm at. This is so exciting for me! I can't believe it. I'm doing my first project as a cosplayer!
